My name is Shannon and I live in Kalamazoo, MI. I have a 14 month old daughter and am currently pregnant with our second child. Once I became pregnant with our daughter, I was tossing the idea back and forth about staying home. I knew I wanted to stay home and give my child/children the same attention I got from my mom growing up; however, we depended on my income a lot. My husband owned his own business so my income as an Occupational Therapist was the only stability we had. During the pregnancy, my husband decided that he would get out of his catering business and get a stable position as management of food service for a local hospital. We got by on his income once our daughter was born, but with many different circumstances thrown our way I was looking at having to go back to work. Then I found the MOM Team online and they taught me how to have my own business from home and make money. I do not have to sell anything (I'm not the AVON lady...although nothing is wrong with that); I do not have to have an inventory, and there was no risk. I'm now working on my own time and have been able to enjoy my daughter. I haven't missed one coo, one step, or one word. I love working from home.
